The new Hotel Fasano São Paulo Itaim, the Group's tenth Hotel is located in Itaim-Bibi neighborhood at Pedroso Alvarenga street, a privileged region close to business centers, leisure and entertainment infrastructure. The architect Marcio Kogan together with aflalo/gasperini signed the project that bring classic touches from the brand's Italian heritage while adding contemporary flourishes to the interior design for the first time. The hotel also opens the second location of Gero restaurant in São Paulo.
Located in the vibrant Itaim-Bibi neighborhood, Hotel Fasano Sao Paulo Itaim spans 20 floors and an array of luxurious styles that create a warm, sophisticated ambiance. Its 107 residential-style rooms showcase Brazilian craftsmanship and Fasano’s Italian heritage with freijo wood paneling and basalt stone floors, while buzzy Gero restaurant celebrates the flavors of Italy.
