The Anandi Hotel and Spa isn’t your typical wellness retreat. In addition to yoga and meditation workshops, healthy Cantonese and Shanghainese cuisine, and therapeutic spa treatments, all 325 rooms are purified with natural essential oils and feature uber-relaxing amenities like geodetic mattresses that balance positive and negative energies, a pillow menu containing 15 options (try the chrysanthemum pillow), and custom-blended medicinal bath amenities.
