Covet the grape at Meneghetti Wine Hotel & Winery, an elegantly relaxed resort set in the Istrian countryside. The estate produces a variety of fine wines and olive oils, which guests can sample during scheduled tastings or field-to-fork meals. Ten rustic-chic rooms and suites and 49 residences and villas, sprinkled throughout the cream-stone buildings, feature exposed beams and expansive views. Hike or bike through the vineyards and surrounding hills, then relax by one of three pools.
