The history of Normandy lives on in its chalk cliffs, D-Day beaches, and the timeless walls of Château d’Audrieu. This 18th-century manor, set amid 62 acres of parkland, traces its roots back to the 11th century. Its noble heritage endures through gilded moldings, crystal chandeliers, and heirloom antiques, blending elegance with authenticity. A meticulous renovation has elevated its charm with a Sothys spa, 29 luminous guest rooms, and a Luxury Tree House hidden among the branches. At Le Séran, Chef Samuel Gaspar showcases the flavors of Normandy through seasonal menus inspired by the château’s gardens and local producers.
