Borgo dei Conti is a charming resort that has combined its centuries-old aristocratic history with modern concepts of hospitality and elegance. The Borgo Dei Conti Resort offers a wide range of rooms and suites, a gourmet restaurant, a more casual restaurant, a lounge bar, a wellness area and completely refurbished common areas. 40 new rooms of various types in the Villa and Colonica buildings. The Resort underwent a major conservative renovation, which began in 2023 by the architectural firm Spagnulo & Partners. The guiding concept of the project saw the redevelopment of the spaces and assets of the entire property, with a deliberate emphasis on the precious local cultural heritage. The methodological approach chosen by the owners and architects was philological and found in the link between the Umbrian school of Renaissance painting and Nature, the guide for every stylistic choice
