Its 35 white-on-white rooms and suites — which cascade down a series of terraces toward the Tyrrhenian Sea — are simply luxurious; some feature private Jacuzzis and plunge pools. The 10,000-square-foot infinity pool is a showstopper, while the subterranean spa cocoons with sumptuous Valmont rituals. Dine al fresco or in the signature restaurant headed by Executive Chef Vincenzo Russo, with culinary consultancy from Michelin‑starred chef Enrico Bartolini.
